Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter also the “Regulation”) and Privacy Code and further amendments, Lyseis srl, as Data Controller, informs you that the processing of your personal data provided by you will be treated in a relevant and transparent manner and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness and necessity according to the relevant provisions in force.

In accordance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, data will not be retained for longer periods than are indispensable for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes and, therefore, the service offered or the specific legal regulations on the subject.
Recipients of personal data
The collected data will be processed exclusively within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes.
In compliance with the appropriate security measures put in place by the Data Controller, your data may also be communicated to public security agencies and other public and private entities for the fulfillment of obligations required by law, including those of a fiscal, administrative, financial and similar nature. Under no circumstances will the data be disseminated.
Obligatory nature of the provision of data
For the processing of data preordained to the execution of the contract and the fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations referred to in number 1. and 2. of the paragraph “Purposes of processing”, consent to processing is not required.
Rights of the Data Subject
As a Data Subject, you will be able to exercise your rights vis-à-vis the Data Controller, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016, i.e. you will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence of your personal data and request their communication in an intelligible form. Also, you will have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration and deletion of data or the limitation of processing and to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, as well as the right to data portability. You will be able to exercise the rights recognized to you by contacting the Data Controller, from whom the complete and updated list of Data Processors is also available upon request. Finally, if the conditions are met, you may lodge a complaint with the Control Authority.
